The design capacities include 3.5L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials can include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702), PTFE, PEEK inner, and fluororesin coatings are also available. ■ The design pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity.
